A well in a dream indicates a woman, knowledge, wealth, or travel. Digging a well indicates marriage. Clear water in it indicates a righteous wife, and murky water indicates a wife of bad character. Falling into a well indicates falling into cunning and deceit.

A well indicates prison, worry, and confinement. Exiting it is relief and salvation. Whoever sees himself drinking from a well's water will gain wealth through cunning. Whoever sees himself looking into a well is thinking about his marriage.

A well is interpreted as a woman. Whoever sees himself drawing water from a well will gain wealth from a woman. A dry well indicates a poor woman with no good in her. The collapse of a well indicates the death of the wife.
