Satan in a dream is an enemy in religion and worldly life. He is the unjust ruler, the heretic, and the thief. Whoever sees Satan following him, an enemy is deceiving and tempting him. Whoever wrestles with Satan and overpowers him will be saved from strife and conquer his enemy.

Satan indicates desire, heresy, and heedlessness. Whoever sees that Satan has touched him is consuming usury (Riba) or will be afflicted with worry from women. Whoever sees himself teaching Satan the Quran will gain authority and high status.

Satan is interpreted as a cunning enemy. Whoever sees that he killed Satan will outsmart his enemy and triumph over him. Whoever sees Satan happy and joyous is preoccupied with desires and sins.
