Ointment (or oil/fat) in a dream is wealth and adornment. A good-smelling ointment indicates good praise. A bad-smelling ointment indicates ugly praise.

Ointment indicates healing from illnesses. Anointing the head indicates the removal of worry. Anointing the body indicates adornment.
