Heritage Source: The Great Interpretation of Dreams (Ibn Sirin)
Seeing one's mother in a dream is more significant in interpretation than the father, and it indicates compassion, mercy, and relief. Seeing her alive indicates approaching goodness, and seeing her dead may indicate worries or the dreamer's death.
Heritage Source: Perfuming Humanity in the Expression of Dreams (Al-Nabulsi)
The mother indicates the earth, a farm, or a fruitful tree. Seeing her indicates relief from worries. Her death indicates the corruption of the world and the loss of chivalry.
Heritage Source: Signs in the Science of Expressions (Ibn Shaheen)
The mother is interpreted as compassion and mercy. Whoever sees her happy will attain goodness and joy. Whoever sees her sad will be afflicted with worry.
