Dates in a dream are lawful sustenance and rain for whoever sees them. Eating dates indicates reading the Quran and attaining the sweetness of faith. Whoever gathers dates from a palm tree out of season is learning knowledge from a hypocritical man but not acting upon it. Dry dates are lasting sustenance from travel.

Dates indicate saved money. Whoever gathers dates from a palm tree will marry a noble, wealthy, and blessed woman. Whoever sees himself burying dates is hoarding money or will receive a treasure from a ruler. Eating good dates indicates hearing good words and gaining benefit.
