Weeping is humility and accepted repentance. - Al-Nabulsi: The stars glowing with Takbir are safety from tribulations. The vision confirms that God will suffice the dreamer in all his concerns and break his enemies. - Ibn Shahin: Whoever sees the Takbir in the sky and weeps will attain honor, be safe from what he fears, and his supplications will be answered with certainty.
