I saw myself sitting in a very dark, desolate room. I began to recite Surah Tabarak (Al-Mulk) in an audible voice, and the room shone with light like daylight, and the desolation vanished.
التفسير:
The dark, desolate room represents the grave, or a harsh phase of loneliness and depression in the dreamer's life. Surah Al-Mulk is the protector that prevents the torment of the grave, as mentioned in the Sunnah. Reciting it and the darkness turning to bright light heralds a good ending and deliverance from the horrors of the Barzakh. In this world, it heralds the dispelling of the darkness of worries and sorrows, and that God will make the Quran a light for their insight and a solace for their loneliness in every crisis.
