I dreamed that I was standing at the well of Zamzam, washing my head and chest with its cold water while repeating 'O Allah, heal me and grant me well-being', and I felt as if heavy burdens had fallen off me.
التفسير:
Washing the head and chest with Zamzam water along with supplication is the certain prophetic Ruqyah and healing. The head represents thoughts and worries, and the chest represents the heart and the distress it contains. The feeling of heavy burdens falling is a definitive and direct glad tiding of the dreamer's healing from a physical or spiritual illness (like magic or the evil eye) that was weighing him down. It also indicates the answering of his prayer, that Allah will replace his worry with joy, his certainty with strength, and grant him complete well-being.
