I saw that I was reciting Surah Al-Fatiha seven times over a cup of pure rain water, then I drank it entirely, and I felt an amazing energy as if a mountain was lifted off my back.

Surah Al-Fatiha is the healer and the sufficient one. Reciting it seven times over rain water (which is blessed and pure water) and drinking it represents the correct Islamic Ruqyah according to the methodology of the Sunnis. Feeling energetic and the mountain being lifted definitively indicates a complete healing from magic, envy, or a physical illness that was exhausting the dreamer. The vision heralds that the doors of facilitation and healing have opened, and that God has protected the dreamer with the impenetrable fortress of the Quran.
