I dreamed that someone dear to me was very sick and in pain, so I sat next to them and recited Ayat al-Kursi and Al-Mu'awwidhatayn (the two protecting Surahs) over them, and wiped their body. They stood up completely cured as if they had never been ill.
التفسير:
Ruqyah (Islamic exorcism/healing) in a dream with Ayat al-Kursi and Al-Mu'awwidhatayn is complete healing and an impenetrable fortress. The dreamer reciting it over a sick person indicates the strength of their faith and trust in God, and that they will be a support and help for this person in their ordeal (whether it's an ordeal of illness, debts, or psychological worries). The sick person standing up cured heralds the relief of their distress in reality by the blessing of supplication, and indicates that the dreamer's prayers are answered and they are protected by God from the evils of mankind and jinn.
