My beloved, this vision is among the greatest and most magnificent of glad tidings. It symbolizes divine selection, complete acceptance, and invincible divine care. Firstly: Interpretation according to major Sunni scholars: - According to Imam Ibn Sirin: The opening of heaven's gates signifies a definitive answer to supplication, and the descending light signifies mercy and guidance. Hearing the call of pleasure is a glad tiding of a good ending and acceptance on earth and in heaven. - According to Imam Al-Nabulsi: The opening of heaven and the descending light signify safety from every fear and salvation from dangers. The call of pleasure heralds the transformation of one's state to the best, wealth without subsequent poverty, and dominance. - According to Imam Ibn Shahin: Whoever has heaven opened for them and is called with pleasure will attain a lofty goal, their debts and needs will be settled, and a great relief will come, changing the course of their life. Their supplications will be answered. Secondly: Interpretation for different social statuses: - For a single girl: The light and pleasure herald dazzling success, marriage to a pious man of great standing who makes her happy, and a life filled with dignity and success. - For a married woman: The vision reflects God's pleasure with her for her righteousness towards her family. It heralds the righteousness of her children, abundant blessings in her husband's provision, and the stability of her home in complete security. - For a divorced or widowed woman: The call of pleasure is the greatest divine compensation that wipes away her sorrows. It heralds a new, independent, and bright life, and a status that raises her head and silences the gloaters. - For a single man or young man: The vision indicates his uprightness. It heralds astonishing professional success, a respected status, and that God will protect him from slips and grant him a righteous wife. - For a married man: The light and pleasure symbolize his lawful earnings and the purity of his wealth. The vision heralds the settlement of debts, expansion of sustenance, and complete protection for his family.
